Use crayons or whatever you'd like to create a design for the patch on Amy's Speedo swimsuit. Remember to only use the colors in the color guide on the printable entry form. Have a parent sign your entry form and send it in. If you're the lucky winner, you'll see your design on her suit when you go to the Olympic Trials in August!
